We are a family owned and operated business with a flexible, reliable and trustworthy team of staff, who are all Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked. The CRB is an Executive Agency of the Home Office, providing wider access to criminal record information through its Disclosure service . The service enables organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involve children or vulnerable adults. The CRB was established under Part V of the Police Act 1997 and was launched in March 2002. All of our staff also carry VIP identification cards.

In addition, we, the owners, personally ‘vet’ our staff prior to employment; we follow up references, and insist on trial working periods that are closely supervised. Additional checks are made with both our customers, making sure that all of their requirements are being met; and with our staff, making sure that they are confident with the tasks that they are undertaking. We have a low turn over of staff, which is unusual in the cleaning industry. We believe this is because we treat our staff with the utmost respect and we pay well above the national average rates of pay for Cleaning Operatives. We also offer full training to all of our staff to ensure that are high standards are maintained.

Many of our customers entrust us as key holders to their premises, both commercial and domestic. All keys are discreetly labelled using coding that is only relevant to VIP and locked in a secure key safe that is held in alarmed premises.

We ensure that all staff holiday and sickness is fully covered so that your premises are always kept in pristine condition. We endeavour to be as flexible as possible for our customers, offering a variety of services both in and out of office hours and at weekends.

We are fully insured and Health and Safety compliant, providing a full H&S pack to our customers on request. Where necessary, our staff attend courses that provide training in Health and Safety, first aid, and correct usage of any products and machinery that they may be using.
